Waiver & Release Liability

I/We know and understand that joining in Dalagan Kaabag Neon Run 2025 carries with it a potential risk and that my/our participation is of my/our own choice and free will. I/We fully accept and assume all risks that may occur before, during, or after the event.

I/We realize that this activity requires physical conditioning and I/we represent that I/we am/are in sound medical condition capable of participating in the event without risks to myself/ourselves or others. I/We hereby declare that I/we have no medical impediment which would endanger myself/ourselves or others.

I/We hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Perpetual Help Community Cooperative (PHCCI), the organizers, and their representatives from any and all claims, demands, and actions of any and every kind that I/we have, may have, or may hereafter accrue against them directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection to my/our participation in Dalagan Kaabag Neon Run 2025.

I/We understand that at this event I/we may be photographed and I/we agree to allow any of my/our photos, videos, or other similar films to be used for any legitimate purpose by Perpetual Help Community Cooperative (PHCCI), the organizers, and their representatives.
